Moorabbin Primary School

Stage 1 included the demolition of tan existing hall building for the placement of a new two-storey learning communities building to support 300 additional students. Stage 2 included the demolition and removal of small 3 small LT framed buildings to provide space for a new community hub building with a full size competition grade sports court, canteen and associated amenities.

Our involvement with the project began with the master planning stage and extended to construction services under a Construct only contract. Project received unfavourable tenders requiring extensive value management. Despite these set bask, K2LD was able to work with the contractor to ensure project was delivered 4 weeks early and under budget.
