We’re thrilled to announce that Ukiyo, Prahran is a 2023 finalist of the Urban Developer Award’s: Development of the Year – Mixed-Use.
Looking inward, we are immensely proud of our K2LD project team, whose hard work and commitment brought Ukiyo, Prahran to life. This development truly transformed an unloved corner site into a vibrant destination that seamlessly blends retail, workspaces, residences, and public areas. The floating forms and uncompromising vertical gardens create a visual spectacle that captivates train commuters and pedestrians alike.
Despite the challenges posed by COVID, our teamwork and methodology ensured that quality was never compromised, and delays were minimised. Together, we overcame every obstacle and delivered an exceptional project.
