At the end of last year, we were happy to announce the completion of The Springfield – a multi-residential development in Toorak for our longstanding client Chapter Group. We’re glad to see that after a few months the building looks fantastic, with residents fully settled in and the growing foliage beginning to mirror the rest of verdant Springfield Avenue.
The project features 19 luxury home-size residences, each with their own imported Italian kitchen and wardrobes, an abundance of marble and bespoke designer lighting, fixtures and fittings. With a design narrative centering around our client’s wish to pay homage to a secret garden that once occupied the site, greenery and nature are re-imagined in the context of The Springfield.
